The Property department has launched a new HIPS document facility to make it easier and more efficient for clients to sell their homes.

Following the re-launch of the website, the  firm has created a separate portal so that HIPS packs can be downloaded upon request. Users will have to register in advance, but the facility will then allow for specific HIPS to be accessed solely by those with the rights to view them.

Practice Manager Russ Myners explains: “This is a simple and effective facility for Estate Agents to request HIPS documents in PDF format as soon as they have been compiled.  CD versions can still be requested if desired but, by using the portal, the Agent can view or download the pack after receiving notification from us.
