Ros was initially employed by the firm as a legal secretary and commenced the legal executive course in 2002. She has combined her studies with full-time work and family life.
She says, “Deciding to train to become a legal executive was one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I first started the course, my children were aged 5 and 2. Studying, working and taking care of my family has been challenging but ultimately incredibly rewarding. All of the partners and staff at Hutchinson Thomas have been extremely supportive and, in the Property Department, I am part of a team which has been behind me 100% in helping me achieve my goal.”
Since embarking on the course, Ros has conducted a full case load and has started to forge a reputation as an efficient property lawyer with a growing client base.
Huw Jones, head of the Property and Commercial departments, paid tribute to Ros’ achievement.
“Ros has shown total commitment and dedication and worked extremely hard to achieve her ambition and I am delighted with her success. Ros is already proving herself to be a very capable lawyer and an excellent addition to the Property Team at Hutchinson Thomas.”
