The legal profession is usually associated with wigs but Hutchinson Thomas donned a rather different style of headwear to support ‘Action for Brain Injury Week’ (May 11-17).
Wearing a variety of hats, staff and partners got into the spirit of the “Hats 4 Headway” fundraising event organised by brain injury charity Headway.
Paul Bennett, Head of Personal Injury at the firm said, “Headway does remarkable work for those who are directly affected as a result of a head injury in providing support and resources to those injured and their families and carers. Anyone who knows of such people appreciates the life changing impact that a head injury can cause and to promote the role of Headway in these circumstances is vitally important”
Headway, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, supports those affected by brain injury and is currently campaigning to make cycle helmets compulsory while cycling for children under 16 - encouraging people to ‘Use your Head. Wear a Helmet.’
