It is with great sadness that we announce that Richard Prosser passed away at home with his family on Sunday, 6 September 2009.

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1972 and practised in Neath throughout his career.  President of the Neath and Port Talbot Law Society in 2000, he was highly respected by fellow professionals and much loved by the staff of Hutchinson Thomas.  He was senior partner of the firm from 2002 to 2008 and this was a role he relished which perfectly suited his positive and caring nature.  He also enjoyed a loyal following of clients many of whom he had acted for over thirty years.

Since the news of Richard's death, the partners of Hutchinson Thomas continue to receive many tributues from those who knew him.
