Involved in a number of high value personal injury and clinical negligence claims involving catastrophic injury. Recently obtained the highest award for pain and suffering in Wales following the negligent delivery of a baby; successfully secured an order transferring monies held by the court in a clinical negligence settlement into a personal injury trust; currently handling an application to the High Court to obtain an order for the sterilisation of a young man with an inheritable genetic condition.

Appointed Assistant Deputy Coroner for Neath Port Talbot in 2009.

Community Involvement: |
Past Chairman of the Royal School of Church Music's committee of the Llandaff Diocese as well as serving on the Churches and Pastoral Committee of the same Diocese. Appointed member of the Bishop's Advisory Panel on Divorce and Remarriage.
An elected member of the Governing Body of the Church in Wales. Currently the People's Church Warden for the Rectorial Benefice of Neath; member of the local church choir since the age of six, shortly to celebrate his 40th anniversary as a chorister there.
