Advises a wide range of commercial clients, dealing with sales and purchases of commercial property and Landlord and Tenant matters. She is a dual qualified Chartered Town Planner and Solicitor, with a broad range of experience in both the public and private sector. In her capacity as Company Secretary to Wales' National Pool, she has been involved in the agreements for the Intensive Training Centre at Swansea which will see the Pool becoming a training centre for the 2012 Olympic athletes. |
